ok, so i know how this is going to come off, and i dont mind any judgment hurled at me, but i feel i have logic and reason on my side here. first off let me say that i know how stupid i was for gambling the money away, and that i probably just sound like a whiney baby now who cant accept losing, but here me out.
So i recently got into a whole conundrum and ended up losing about 1300 dollars in one month on bodog sports book, this is the most money i have ever lost from gambling in such a short span of time. About a month ago i had made my initial deposit of 100 dollars on bodog, after increasing it to about 250, i decided i wanted to cash out, and much to my bemoaning, i was denied the cash out because of "security concerns" and "identity verification" (we've all been through this.) Since i did not own a scanner, or a fax machine (until about a week ago) i figured i would just gamble "lightly" until i got around to going to the library and getting all the documentation they required in order, and sent out to them.
well, as you can guess, i ended up losing the 250, and was down to zilch. so, i decided to chase like a donkey chasing a carrot and proceeded to make numerous deposits over the next month totaling about 1300 dollars (100, 400, 300, 200, 220.) and despite bodog "security concerns" they still accepted the money! how does that not defy logic? unless the logic is that bodog nefariously denied my initial cashout in an attempt (albeit successfully) to goad me into losing the money i had won, and further deposited.
so do i have a legitimate right to claim that the money deposited after the initial denial of withdrawal, is null and void, by their own logic? If it is the security of the card holder they are worried about, how come they accepted deposits, when such a thing would be more damaging to a persons credit then allowing a cash out?
please, advice is needed.
thanks...
